Ice...ugh
The one thing I hate...is ICE.
Ice isn't fun to play in. Ice isn't pretty when it's falling. Ice wants to be snow but it isn't.
We didn't have school today because of ICE. It's looking unlikely that we will have school tomorrow because of ICE.
I'd rather have snow.
Here's what I worked on during my Ice Day....as well as refereed a few fights, did a few loads of laundry and changed the sheets on a handful of beds.
Let's Get Crafty Saturday - those scrapbook pics I promised long ago
Last weekend I went away with my friend, Megan. Ten years ago, we met in a Baby & Me class when our oldest children liked us a lot more than they do now. We stayed in a hotel and scrapped the weekend away.
I made 35 pages!
I remembered my swimsuit; Megan forgot hers.
0 hours in the pool.
0 hours in the jacuzzi.
I woke up with a headache on Saturday.
Megan laughed at me because I took Ibuprofen from the housekeeper.
Do you think it is funny that I asked the housekeeper for meds?
We went to Walmart in our PJs on Saturday night.
We were better dressed than most.
Megan needed more adhesive.
I scrapped pictures from September into December.
of 2007....
Megan is still scrapping 2005....

A few pages I've been working on
I think I did post this one, but I still love it. Little G was so worried about going to the dentist that he had to sit in my lap while he had his first cleaning.
Hope you had a wonderful Tuesday. My ear if starting to feel better. I'm on an oral antibiotic and I have a cream to put in my ear. It's been a very interesting experience. Middle G has a stye on her eye and it is bothering her something fierce. Her birthday is on Thursday and we are having a swim party on Saturday. Here's hoping her eye isn't swollen shut.
A few new scrapbook pages
Weekend Update - pictures, bike riding and hiding from hail

I figured out my mileage for DH and the total came to almost $1,000; I guess that will work out to my benefit. Good thing I kept track.
After much debate and a few comments, I decided to keep the scrapbook page just as it is. It is growing on me.
The birth announcements for my friend are 90 percent complete. I still haven't taken a photo. They are very simple, but I think that she will like them. I'll post a pic tomorrow.
All 34 pages I made last weekend are now in a new scrapbook album. I love it. Nothing beats getting all those into page protectors!
The house is very quiet because all of the bambinos are at school and I'm tempted to just blog all afternoon, but alas laundry is beckoning and I must run the vacuum. Dog hair is over taking my home!
What did you accomplish this weekend?
Weekend Update - Tons of scrapbooking, Loads of Fun
The trip didn't start out that well. I made it to the highway before I realized that I forgot all of the cricut cartridges (GASP). That added 20 minutes to my 2 1/2 hour trip. Traveling through Harrisburg on Friday never works out the way you want it too and then there was an accident on 81N that caused me to sit still much longer than I wanted too.
It took me almost four hours to get there, but I made it.
A few of my new scrapbook layouts
A few more layouts but no recaps
Thanks for looking. I really appreciate your comments.
