Wordful Wednesday - my niece and nephew

I have so many pictures from my whirlwind vacation last month. These two, of my niece and nephew, are my favorite. My friend, Jen, took them and I'm amazed by her photography skills.

"Look, ma! There's a head sticking up out of the sand!" This is my sweet little niece with her body completely buried in the sand. Do you remember when you liked having sand in all of your crevices?

My 8-year old nephew has no fear of the ocean. He loves it. In fact, during the few hours we were there he was whistled at by the lifeguard to move closer to the beach. LOL

For anyone who has ever had to watch a child near the ocean, you can imagine that it's a little terrifying.

But look at that face...pure and simple JOY!

Great pictures! WOW! Looks like they did have a blast at the beach. Watching the kids in the ocean gives me a nervous stomach. I cannot relax if they are in the ocean playing.

Happy photos! Sand girl and ocean boy :) They could be spokeskids for a beach resort. Your friend, Jen, captured all the fun and energy perfectly in these photos.
