Weekend update: thanksgiving and all that jazz
We traveled south for the Thanksgiving holiday and got to see my sister and her family. Her inlaws were visiting and brought down the RV which allowed us to mock the best Christmas movie of all time.
Even though I was annoyed that all the stores opened early this year, we managed some late night shopping. We got home at 4 a.m. and went back out at 9:30 a.m. We are clearly crazy.
We did not buy this. Quite frankly, it's disturbing.
We took in the Muppet movie and it was incredibly cheesy and fantastic! I loved it! The best part? I think the kids liked it too.

The dogs seemed to enjoy each others company although my beagle looks a little homesick here. My sister's lab was very well behaved and I am sure they will miss each other this week.
Here's hoping all your company was well behaved and formed an orderly line for turkey. Happy Holidays, my friends. Less than a month until Christmas. Here's hoping you're not on the naughty list.
