Things you shouldn't buy at the dollar store
There are certain things that you should be willing to spend more than $1 on. Those things include the following.
A pregnancy test. Seriously? Um. I think you should spend more than a buck finding out if you're going to be a mother.
Condoms. See above. If you don't want to have to buy a pregancy test than you shouldn't get your birth control from The Dollar Tree.
Ovulation predictor. If you really want a baby, spend more than $1 to find out if your ovulating.
Make up. Um...this seems self explanatory.
Underwear. I really don't think those $1 panties are gonna last very long, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
Meat. I don't care if it's on a stick, in a jar or near the check out. Buying meat at the $1 store is just ridiculous.
Backpacks. Do you really think this is gonna last?
Outerwear. Hats, gloves, jackets. Um, people, it's $1. How warm can it be?
In conclusion, the dollar store should not be utilized in the event of a weather related emergency, or for any type if meat product you may consume. It certainly shouldn't be used to predict ovulation, prevent pregancy and or detect it.
What's the strangest thing you bought at the dollar store?

LOL so true....do they even sell underwear and meat? Also paint, I bought paint a big lots for a wopping $2 one time, it was like water, not good :)
Guess its true, you get what you pay for...hahhaaaa
Ha! So funny! I love to buy shampoo and shaving cream there.
I know, right?!
I walk into the dollar store here in town (which I LOVE btw) and while there are many things I get there, there are also somethings I adamantly refuse to buy.
While it's not the strangest thing I've bought, I will say I find it absolutely hilarious that my dog prefers the dog treats from there to any other kinds I buy, no matter the price. Hey, at least my dog has cheap tastes!!
I do feed her good dog food though, can't totally let her turn into a slob, haha!
This is hilarious. Planned Parenthood a la The Dollar Store. I have never, ever been inside one. Looks like I'll keep it that way.
I've always wondered about those bras that I have seen there. Really? don't you think they are going to be pretty lumpy after one wash, but then again maybe they are disposable, where them then throw them away.
I didn't even think they sold this stuff at a dollar store!
Yeah! Me too, I cannot bawlieve someone would buy a pregnancy test there! It reminds me of this though!
Batteries! Never buy batteries at the dollar store. I got myself a couple of AA batteries for my digital camera... I took 6 pictures and then my camera turned itself off. I got another set... took 6 or 7 pictures and then...
Do you think I bought a third set???
;)

OH MY GOSH!!! How did I miss this post?! I love it! Although, I must admit that I have been known to buy 20 pregnancy tests from the Dollar Tree store. When we're trying I become OBSESSED with POAS and tilting the test ((is that a second line?!)) and all. I know, I know, it's absolutely ridiculous but Mark would take my Visa debit card and check book away if I bought 20 "real" pregnancy tests. lol Have I mention yet how much I love this post?? :)
