Schooled: Finally I read a book
I loved this book.
It was a simple, easy breezy summer time kind of read. The main character is named Capricorn Anderson and he is an enigma.
He lives in a commune with his grandmother. She has home schooled him his entire life and when she falls picking plums and breaks her hip he is thrown into modern day middle school. To say he is a little overwhelmed would be a complete understatement.
The best part of this book is that the point of view changes with every chapter. Different characters continue the story from their own unique perspective.
I read it in two days and for me that is saying a lot.
Five stars. Definitely worth the read.
