Saying goodbye to Tippy
My grandma had to put her beloved little Yorkie dog to sleep yesterday. She is very sad about it and it hurts me that she is so hurt.
Tippy was my grandfather's dog and I think while Tippy was alive my grandma felt like a little piece of my pap was still here.
Now that piece is also gone.
She gave her a little bowl of ice cream and took her to the vet. She didn't have any of her children do it for her, but one of her daughters did accompany her.
My grandmother is a strong woman, whom I admire deeply.
She is not the only one who will miss that little mutt.

Well that just depressing :(
Losing a pet is SO hard. Tippy is in puppy heaven now.
Awww ... I'm so sorry. I know pets mean so much to older people. When my grandma had her cats and then lost them, it was really hard for her. They made her trailer not so lonely and gave her something to take care of every day. They are the best company for older folks.
So sorry for your grandma and all of you. Such a nice picture.
I am very sorry for your grandma. Losing a pet is never easy. Hopefully she will be ok, I know sometimes older people can really get depressed after things like this.
