Weekend Update - scrapbook convention

This weekend was our annual trip to the CK Scrapbook Convention and, as usual, we had a blast, spent to much money, and walked till our feet hurt.

My sister's friend, Lisa, made the trip with her this year and deserves a shout out. Anyone who can spend 16 hours with my sister in the car over the course of four days is truly amazing. LOL


There's tons of shopping and classes offered at the convention and this year we took two classes both of them SUCKED. I may actually vlog about just how bad they sucked when I get back from class.

I will show you what we got for $25 and I will explain to you how this class was called Scrappin on a Budget. If you are going to a future convention and that class is on your list...DROP IT, DROP IT, DROP IT. I told you three times, what are you waiting for?



Other than the convention, I didn't do much this weekend. My hubby and kids went to visit his mom and drop off our dog for our next great camping adventure.
Pray for me.
Seriously.
I. Can't. Camp. In. The. Rain. Again!
Not sure when I will update you, but I'm sure the update will include some unexpected follies.

    So glad you had fun!
    PRAYERS for NO RAIN! I think we have it all week but you have to take it back on Saturday ok? I have a yard sale to do!

    Sounds like a fun trip, even with the sucky class. :) We went camping 2 weekends ago and are going again this Friday. I love camping! Hope your trip is much, much, much better than the last time. However, your pics from it were just fab. Hugs, Janis

    Well, hopefully this camping trip will be better ... it couldn't be much worse could it?

    And I've scratched that class from my next Scrapper's Convention. : )
