Before you read any further you must first read the post below and watch the video. As I stated yesterday, group workouts are not really my thing. The reason: coordination. Some people have it, some people don't. That's why some people can a) walk with out falling; b) dance without hurting themselves; and c) take step aerobics.
This video will help you to realize that if you can't do any of the above than, most likely, your children can't either.
