These are children we are working with, the future of our society, our culture, and our world. If we put an end to dreaming and silly hearts, we put an end to creativity, invention, and progress. Where would we be if people had put the kibosh on silly dreamers like Einstein, Edison, Ford, or Bell?Cap'n Saltyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05174910755129274007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1688947979108221151.post-75221188404537305892012-05-02T23:27:25.859-04:002012-05-02T23:27:25.859-04:00My kids loved music at the elementary level. Unfortunately, their middle school experience wasn't so great and they wouldn't get involved in anything musical after that teacher ruined it for them.
They do both love music now, but listening to it and loving it is way different than being involved with it.
Glad they got rid of the bad music teacher! Kids should be able to have music as an outlet and a fun time.Kristie Maynardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14384683845182147975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1688947979108221151.post-56770311674410192282012-05-02T20:50:02.453-04:002012-05-02T20:50:02.453-04:00Sounds like you suffered through some pretty bad t...Sounds like you suffered through some pretty bad teachers in your day.Jennershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08044537551139633301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1688947979108221151.post-87832553543154182862012-05-02T15:12:09.743-04:002012-05-02T15:12:09.743-04:00Ha! She wanted him to practice a half hour every night. I told her, "Forget it, lady. He's barely passing his REAL classes and you want me to have him make time for YOUR class?" She was NOT happy with me, nosireebob!Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17756564685282866773noreply@blogger.com
