Post it Note Tuesday - what will you say?

It's Tuesday. You know what that means. Time for Post it Note Tuesday with Supah. What will you say??

Seriously...how much stuff can one person be expected to sell. I have two elementary kids and one intermediate child and they all are selling something. Plus middle is selling something for soccer. UGH

I'm home from work today. Yep. After having Friday off for my beach trip and having yesterday off for Columbus Day...I'm off again for child with a fever day.

Of course, this gives me another day to catch up with the dreaded dog hair and laundry. I think, dare I say, I'd rather be serving lunch.

  1. A non-fundraiser fundraiser ... love it! If it's food that you are having to sell, maybe sit outside of a gym and prey on the weak ones? You're sure to sell out in no time! ;)

  2. Watch out for a mama with Lysol!!

Sorry about your poor little sick one. Hope all feels better soon!

I'm up to my ears in fundraisers too. I wind up spending more since I don't want to bother my family and friends too much. Once my son hit middle school, all that fund raising stopped. One down, three more to go.

  4. I hope your little one feels better soon!

We are doing fundraisers too and I loathe them. It feels like our PTA is constantly asking for something and it makes me nuts! I don't mind giving but I can't do it every other week.

  5. I am SO TIRED of anything related to a fundraiser... gez, I might as well send my kids to private school for the money I have to shell out!!

  7. OMG!!! I need to vent a little. We have had fundraisers sent home for EVERYTHING!! The PTO wrapping paper, 3rd Grade field trip to Charleston Tupperware, Tri-County Soccer pay per goal fundraiser, boy scouts with popcorn, Chorus with candy bars, and dance lessons with t-shirts!!! Wait!!! WTF? You expect me to subsidize your child taking freaking dance lessons? I don't ask you to help me pay for my child's batting lessons!!!! If it's not school sponsored or a club my child is involved in, I don't want to hear about it!! (And even then, I don't want to hear about it...but I begrudgingly participate.)

  9. I think many people would see eye-to-eye on the non-fundraiser fundraiser. Seriously. Enough is enough.

  10. I am not looking forward to those fundraiser days. I might go broke. I used to beg and beg my parents to buy stuff so I could get those super cool prizes in return ha! I hope your little one starts feeling better soon!
